Benefits of working with us:
Due to being a bespoke company, we will tend to get information about the criteria of the properties you are looking for and tailor make the deals and only send across the properties which fits into the criteria you are looking for or is very similar to your criteria.

1. We will source properties which are good either, Local authority/Social Housing, Supported living, or Serviced accommodation

2. We will deal with liaising with the landlord / agent on your needs

3. We will send relevant property to you, along with video and pictures, for you to decide if you wish to view. before viewing, you will need to sign our NDA agreem

4. We will arrange a viewing or organised for detailed video tour for you to look at your next potential property (exciting!)

5. If you are happy, we will submit your offer on your behalf. If your offer is accepted we will require a sourcing fee deposit (to ensure you are committed to this property), and we will help you navigate through the negotiations / referencing and contracts

6. Once everything has been signed off, you will be required to pay any remaining balance which was negotiated. Once that is completed, we will invoice you for our sourcing fee. Once our fee is paid, we will then arrange for key collection.
